We have another virtual learning opportunity for you on March 19, 2024. The topic is “How to Use Social Media to Enhance Your Business Efforts”.  Registration is free for all members.

Our presenters, Alison Sload and Mindy Brittingham, will walk you through how building and improving your social media platforms can get your business more exposure and grow an even more successful business organization. 

You may remember meeting this duo at our Fall Meeting where they shared recruiting practices on the panel discussion. They are also NJSBCA members from Krapf.

Mindy Brittingham

Mindy has been a part of the School Bus Industry and Krapf Group for the last four years. She is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition, responsible for developing/maintaining a robust recruitment strategy, School Bus Driver-based recruitment advertising, and hiring reports for Krapf Group. Her day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing and providing direction for a team of Hiring Coordinators in PA, NJ & DE.

Alison Sload

As a fourth-generation Krapf family member, Alison started working full-time with Krapf upon graduation from Pennsylvania State University. She worked as a procurement and business analyst where she was able to successfully create and launch new maintenance protocols, influence a positive culture change, and organize many project implementations. In 2021, she took on new responsibilities as the Transportation Manager at Coatesville Area School District working closely with administrators and operations on the advancement of SOPs and routing development initiatives.
